Therapy isn’t just about talking through problems; it’s about creating a connection where your natural capacity for healing can emerge. Together, we co-create this process, helping you reconnect with your own inner authority and build the capacity to navigate life with greater clarity and confidence.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is the primary vehicle for growth. Because many of our deepest wounds develop in connection with others, meaningful repair must happen there, too. Through consistent acceptance and an attuned presence, you can begin to internalize that steadiness—cultivating resilience and strengthening your capacity for meaningful connection to yourself and those around you.
Integration of Depth and Direction
The Soul of the Work
Intuition, Self-Connection, and Integrated Growth
The heart of deep, lasting work isn’t just about solving problems—it’s about growing the capacity to stay present, feel difficult emotions, and remain attuned to yourself, even when life feels messy or overwhelming. Often, what feels like “stuckness” isn’t failure; it’s a sign that some part of you is holding back or adapting too much to external pressures. True growth happens when your outer actions align with your inner truth, honoring both what you feel and what you want to create.
A Space for the Unseen: This is a space for the parts of you that have felt hidden, misunderstood, or fragmented. We attend to subtle signals from your inner world, noticing how your patterns shape your relationship to yourself and others. Each part of you—protective, expressive, longing—is met with empathy, curiosity, and presence.
Empathic Presence: Your intuition is treated as a legitimate guide, helping you distinguish between anxious chatter and the steady signal of your authentic self. Therapy and coaching work together here to help you build resilience, insight, and the capacity to move forward while staying deeply connected to yourself.
Therapy and Coaching
Two Paths, One Integrated Approach
In our sessions, therapy and coaching are not separate rooms you walk into. They are two sides of the same breath. Therapy provides a space for exploring the parts of you that feel stuck, vulnerable, or hidden. It’s a space to slow down, notice your inner patterns, and, without judgment or pressure. Coaching focuses on taking intentional steps toward the life you want to create, while staying connected to who you truly are. It’s about action rooted in insight, not performance.

Integration
Where Healing Meets Momentum
Growth isn’t only reflection or only action—it’s about integration. This is where therapy and coaching meet, creating a space where your momentum is rooted in self-trust, insight, and clarity, rather than just hustle or overthinking.
Healing Without Stagnation: Reflection and self-discovery fuel meaningful growth. You aren’t stuck endlessly processing; instead, your inner work becomes the foundation for embodied, actionable change. The insights you gain through reflection translate into practical, sustainable steps that help you live more fully.
Action Without Burnout: Forward movement is guided by your values, intuition, and authentic desires, not external pressure or the need to perform. You take deliberate, intentional steps that align with who you truly are, moving with purpose while staying connected to yourself.
Intuition as a Compass: Slowing down and tuning in allows you to distinguish anxious mental chatter from the steady signal of your authentic self. Your intuition becomes a trusted guide, helping you make choices with clarity, confidence, and alignment.
Integration: Move from reactive diminishing yourself to responsive expansion. Recognize old defenses, let your emerging self guide your decisions, balance self-care with meaningful engagement, and trust your inner compass even in moments of uncertainty. Integration is about weaving insight, action, and self-awareness into the rhythm of everyday life.
This integrated approach teaches you to stay present, feel deeply, and act intentionally, even when life is messy or unpredictable. Growth becomes not just about achieving goals, but about inhabiting yourself fully and authentically, moving through the world with resilience, clarity, and creativity.
Therapeutic Specialities:
Psychodynamic Therapy
This approach explores the unconscious aspects of the self—such as childhood experiences, defense mechanisms, and hidden emotions, thoughts, and beliefs—that influence daily life.
Internal Family Systems (Parts Work)
IFS helps identify and engage with different parts, or inner voices, within oneself. By recognizing and accepting these internal parts, we can better understand and integrate the complex layers of our experience.
Person-centered Therapy
Also known as a humanistic approach, this modality emphasizes five key principles for emotional healing: unconditional positive regard, empathy, genuineness, active listening, and non-directiveness—creating a supportive space for self-discovery and growth.
Imaginal Psychology
Grounded in the power of dreams, art, and metaphor, imaginal psychology uses symbolic imagery to explore internal struggles. It honors the unconscious as a rich source of meaning and healing through imaginative and symbolic expression.
