Integrated therapy + coaching
Do you see clients in person or virtually?
I offer both. Many clients enjoy the grounded, quiet energy of my in-person session in Longmont. However, I also provide secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual sessions for residents across Colorado and worldwide who prefer the convenience of meeting from their own space.
How long are the sessions?
Standard sessions are 50 minutes. For those engaged in deep integrated work, I occasionally offer extended ‘Intensive’ sessions. We can discuss which rhythm best supports your specific goals during our initial discovery consultation.
Where is your office located?
My practice is located in a private, residential setting on the West Side of Longmont, Colorado. We are conveniently situated, making the practice easily accessible for clients in the 80501 and 80503 zip codes, as well as those commuting from nearby Niwot, Lyons, and Boulder.
To maintain a high level of confidentiality and a quiet environment for all my clients, the specific address is shared once your first session is confirmed.
Do you offer free consultations for clients?
Yes. We offer a free 30-minute consultation for potential clients.

Do you accept insurance for therapy sessions?
I am an out-of-network provider. This allows us to maintain the highest level of privacy and ensures that our work is guided by your needs rather than an insurance company’s diagnosis requirements. I can provide you with a ‘Superbill’ which you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
What is the difference between the therapy and coaching you offer?
Therapy often looks back to heal ‘unseen’ trauma and emotional patterns, while coaching looks forward to create momentum and action. By integrating both, we don’t just talk about the past; we use those insights to build a life of presence and purpose. We bridge the gap between healing and doing.
