I’m a trauma-informed therapist and integrative life coach offering compassionate, whole-person support for those navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the deeper questions of who they are and how they want to live.
Healing happens when we slow down, listen inward, and make space for all parts of ourselves—especially the ones that feel hidden, heavy, or hard to hold. It’s my joy and honor to walk alongside people as they reconnect with their inner wisdom and step more fully into their lives.
I'm glad you're here.
Therapy is a space for healing, self-discovery, and growth. At Holistic Life Counseling and Coaching, I offer trauma-informed, integrative therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, low self-worth, and emotional overwhelm. This work supports you in exploring the deeper roots of your feelings—helping you reconnect with your authentic self, heal past wounds, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
Whether you’re seeking support for trauma, relationship patterns, inner criticism, or a desire to feel more whole, I offer a compassionate, mind-body approach that honors the full complexity of your experience.
I’d love to hear from you.

My approach is informed by diverse therapeutic frameworks:
Psychodynamic Therapy
This approach explores the unconscious aspects of the self—such as childhood experiences, defense mechanisms, and hidden emotions, thoughts, and beliefs—that influence daily life.
Internal Family Systems (Parts Work)
IFS helps identify and engage with different parts, or inner voices, within oneself. By recognizing and accepting these internal parts, we can better understand and integrate the complex layers of our experience.
Person-centered Therapy
Also known as a humanistic approach, this modality emphasizes five key principles for emotional healing: unconditional positive regard, empathy, genuineness, active listening, and non-directiveness—creating a supportive space for self-discovery and growth.
Imaginal Psychology
Grounded in the power of dreams, art, and metaphor, imaginal psychology uses symbolic imagery to explore internal struggles. It honors the unconscious as a rich source of meaning and healing through imaginative and symbolic expression.
